Using excess power off grid

Hi,
first time here,
I have an off grid system using Victron MultiPlus Inverter Charger,
I would like to be able to use the excess power when the batteries are full to charge other things like my power tools, electric lawnmower, EV car
is there a way to have a power outlet that only get power when the battery is full?

Home Assistant and a Zigbee relais or Zigbee socket can do that.

Or use AC2 out, this can be on or off with an assistant.
Features depend on which MP you have
