You want to update not upgrade.
So your problem is the error you get.
[Edit: You selected the wrong firmware file. Your device ID is 1909 so you have to select a firmware file that starts with 1909.
The highest FW you can install on your device ist 159 or 209.
The 400 and higher are only for the new processor starting with 26 or 27]
