Unable to access the relay switch page using VRM

I have a setup using the Victron LTE cellular to connect to the internet for remote access. The Cerbo has a SmartSolar MPPT 150/60 and Smart Shunt IP65 connected via VE.Direct ports. I have a single load (pump) connected to this setup.

When connected to the GX using the built-in wifi connection (172.24.24.1), i see the link to the relay control at the top bar.

However, when using VRM app or the remote access via web browser, i do not have access to the relay switch panel link at the top bar. I also do not have access to the Console, receiving error “Failed to setup connection”.

FYI: I am not able to connect with “Realtime” in the status bar. I have spent several many hours researching this on the forums and trying different suggestions, but to date unable to get to work.

Can anyone assist in diagnosing settings error to enable access to the relays?

More details:

  1. I can connect using VRM to view the system analytics. System is reporting data on the 5 minute update as configured

  2. Realtime updates is Turned On in the VRM..Settings..General.
Also, local connection…settings the VRM settings have been configured Full access.
Settings…General…Access& Security remote support is enabled.
And Both Relays are set to Manual using Settings…Integrations…Relays

3)I receive this message when i click Remote Console using the desktop, or Console when using VRM.

  1. Using T-Mobile as my carrier i have sufficient signal.

I figured out how to get the Cerbo to work Realtime and therefor how to get the relay buttons exposed.

I had used an iPhone to configure the Cerbo. Using the cerbo wifi and connection at http://172.24.24.1 i was able to make the configuration to the Cerbo GX.

However i decided to test the connection using VRMWHILE i was editing the settings, so i connected an iPad to the same site above and used the iPhone to VRM using the cellular network.

Once the tablet connected it behaved like a console, and using the different Settings menu of the Console screen, I was able to get the VRM to update realtime.

Maybe this will be helpful to the next user. Connect either a console or a tablet to act as a console.

Thanks for all of the assistance! Cheers.
