Since yesterday, I’ve been receiving the following message when trying to log in after switching to two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator.
We see a lot of requests from the SolarStation integration you are running. This is causing our ratelimiting to block you, which is done based on IP address. This in turn blocks your VRM access on your desktop.
After disabling that integration and waiting for an hour or two you should be able to log in again!
But SolarStation is only querying the VRM API once every 5 minutes, which shouldn’t be causing access blocks according to the VRM API terms:
“Most endpoints are by default rate limited with a rolling window of max 200 requests, where every 0.33 seconds a request gets removed from the rolling window.”

Would it be possible to add my IP address (home static IP) to the whitelist?
I suspect that because I have a static IP, your system is flagging or rate-limiting it.
