There are three of us reporting the same issue. Victron must have a bug in their product (hardware or software). Not sure how to raise it with them yet.
I pinged my supplier as Victron recommend and got zero reply from them.

Hello Community,
I have a problem with my newly installed SmartSolar Mppt Ve.Can 150/70. Running the latest Firmware 3.16.
We control a small load (12V/1.5A) through the programmable relais set to load output.
My problem is that somehow the virtual load output does not use the correct battery voltage. So when I set it for example to switch on above 11.5V using User algorithm 2, it wont switch on even when battery voltage is over 12.5V. Yesterday night I got it to switch on with battery at aro…
What am I doing wrong?
I have the relay set to go on/off with the virtual load. If I use the Always On or Always Off setting for the virtual load, the relay (and therefore the actual physical load) clicks on and off nicely.
What is not happening is that I am expecting the relay to go on/off with the Conventional Algorithm #1 with (36V, 3x LiFePO4) values of: OFF < 38.0V, ON >39.0V. In fact, I have used a variety of voltages, none of which cause a change in the relay.
Here is a plot of the bat…
