Technical review of an installation diagram before ordering

**Before placing an order, I would like an expert (or several) to review my diagram and provide their feedback and any possible improvements or optimizations. Thank you in advance!

You show a 24V 200Ah battery and a 12V inverter and 12V Orion XS.

You will need 400Ah of battery for that inverter at 12V.

You will need a Class T fuse between the battery and the BMS.

Why 4 Orion XS units, these can handle 200A of charging, the description states a 150A alternator. Most vehicle alternators can only run continuously at about 2/3rd output charging lithium batteries, so you would only need 2 x Orion XS.

You will need a GX device (Cerbo or Ekrano) so that the BMS can properly control the Orion XS chargers and inverter. With 4 x Orion XS you will need to connect one of them to a USB port with a VE Direct to USB cable.

Thank you for the quick response! The planned battery will be a 300Ah NG 12V (I didn’t have the photo). Similarly, the charger/inverter will be a MultiplusII 12/3000/120-32. I want to install 4 Orion XS units because the vehicle is a Sprinter with a reinforced alternator option of 280Ah, which means 190Ah usable.

300Ah NG will work but is on the low side, just watch how much you use the inverter. I put 2 x 300Ah 12V NG on my boat. I have serious alternator envy, only 175A, good for 120A continuous. Fitted a Wakespeed WS500 rather than the Orion route.
