System design feedback DC only or AC?

Designing a DESS system for a 3 phase 230V IT grid connection located at 60 degrees north

1x Cerbo GX
1x EVCS
1x Lynx power in
2x SOK 48V 100Ah Lifep04 batteries
2x Multi RS 6kVA
36 495W panels, 4 strings of 9 panels (VOC at 39V) overpanneling each MPPT input for better performance in the winter when needed the most. 1 string south east, 1 string south west, and 2 strings directly south. All to be ground mounted at 45 degree angle for snow shedding/easy clearing and better use of low angle winter sun

Thinking the multi rs as they will be located inside a wooden house so not to have the inverter hum disturbing sleep

Now question, this would be approx 17kWp of panels and 10-12kWp of inverting power all DC, should some of it be AC coupled (AC out 2 to avoid factor 1.0 rule) or just keep it as is?

Loads are a like a general house in the area and about 40-60kWh a day, occasional EV charing, but peak loads are kept under 5kW, so the extra power would be for EV charging during excess solar and to eeek out solar power in the winter and overcast days
