I had the same login problem for Professional. Round Christmas and new year.
I reported this to my local (Dutch) dealer, they forward this to Victron. And 2 days later the problem was solved.

I now know a bit more about the original issue in this thread for Victron Professional.
There was a database migration, and for some accounts that did not go perfectly. A fix was put in place, but it seems it did not cover all cases. Approx. 5 were individually corrected, and that gave the engineers enough info to hopefully fix all those remaining.
I haven’t heard of a case since that last correction, so I expect it is all fixed now. Apologies for those interrupted in the mean time.
