Suggestion: display all PV Inverters in VRM

Hi folks

I’ve just added a second SMA Sunnyboy to my system, and while all works fine, I can’t see the two PV Inverters in the VRM Portal. I have 3 Solar Chargers and they’re split out in VRM, but the Inverters are just lumped together.

Any chance we could get display of multiple PV Inverters in VRM?

You can, just feed their outputs via another energy meter and assigned its role as PV inverter.

You’ve totally misunderstood, or didn’t read the question, not sure which.

For clarity- in VRM Portal I can see my 3 solar chargers split out seperately in the “PV Charger” box on the right. On the left, the “PV Inverter” box only contains the total power output of the two Sunnyboy inverters. I can only see the individual outputs of the Sunnyboys if I go to the Console, then in to the Solar yield sub-menu. Which is a faff.

I didn’t misunderstand

… my last comment will be, do a search, your question has been answered numerous times before.

In the advanced graphs, you can see the details individually. On the dashboard VRM is just grouping AC-PV depending on if it is on ACIN or ACOUT.

I don’t think there are any plans to change that. I think having 12 values for 4 inverters would defeat the Idea of a “dashboard”. DCPV is also just split, to be able to visualize the different PV-Side currents and voltages, (“trackers” / “strings”) which is unknown for ACPV anyway.

I don’t think this changes anything. Only If you put one inverter on acin and one on acout you would get kinda individual display. But everything on either side is grouped together, no matter if that are 1 or 5 ACPV-Inverters and how they are metered or queried.
