Absolute newbie. Have wired in this device and tried to pair Bluetooth. No devices visible. For a start: when voltage across IN and EARTH is 12.7V with nothing yet connected to OUT and no bridge connected, should either of the LEDs be lit? Neither are and I want know if this is normal before I head off to troubleshoot Bluetooth.
