The controller is only used to charge a Wattcycle 100hA LiFePO4 battery; the load output is not being used.
The battery terminals of the controller are connected to a fuse block along with several Powerpole jacks and a USB charging connection; a parallel circuit setup.
With two 100W panels connected to the PV input, the controller charges for about 15 sec, then stops charging the battery. The problem happens with the panels in parallel or series. Attached are screenshots of the app when it is charging and after it has stopped. It was somewhat cloudy early morning during the test.
The bulk LED stays solid blue while charging, and blinking when the charging stops.
The battery was about 9% SOC.
When connected to an AC LiFePO4 battery charger, it is accepting a charge at a 5, 10, or 20A setting.
A few weeks back, I discharged the battery to about 50% and charged it back up fully using the controller with no problems. I wanted to run the test a few more times to make sure that everything was going to work correctly.
A screenshot of the controller settings is also attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
