For various reasons, I wish to install a Smartshunt on my Campervan Engine / Starter Battery.
What I can’t find is a definitive answer too is where exactly do I install the Smartshunt ?
Does it go between the battery negative terminal and the chassis connection or is it placed ‘in-line’ on the negative lead / battery negative terminal connection ?

Its the same as when measuring any other battery
The shunt connection marked battery minus needs to be connected to the battery negative pole.
Everything that was originally connected to the battery negative pole then gets connected to the shunt terminal marked system minus
