I want to use smaller SD Cards for my VENUS OS Systems because it takes too long to do backups.
Is there any way to clone a 64GB Venus OS Image onto a 16GB SD Card?
Unfortunately Balenaetcher cannot do this 
You can use a partition manager to change the partition size on a card to match.
Something like the kne built into windows or AOMEI
