Some LED lamps are particularly sensitive to voltage fluctuations.
I use low voltage DC LEB bulbs in some of the house, this has no issue.
The AC led lamps do occasionally flicker, but only when dimmed. If your flickering is related to the fridge cycling, you could try an inverter type fridge that cycles less frequently and has a slower start up ramp.

Chnaging the fridge is not an option and I don’t know if that is related to fridge cycle as reported by “customer”.
This is more a “head” story 'cause the flickering can be seen…frequency = not healthy.
As far as I know, no dimmer installed.
