Replace Maretron

my boat has a maretron system as well as a Victron Ekrano GX. The Maretron system is old, not easily accessible remotely, and they were purchased by Raymarine. I want to replace/migrate the functions of the Maretron using the GX device. I’d prefer to keep existing senders/sensors, but will replace if I must. I have the following configuration:

  • Maretron RIM100 that mimics the DC panel, monitoring bilge pumps. I’m fairly certain I can simply plus the +/- wires from the RIM100 into the GX device (I know I will need 1-2 Extender 150 devices)
  • SIM100 that indicates if a switch is on, for a door or smoke detector. Again I think I can connect connect the sensors to the GX device, but not certain
  • TMP100 - temperature module. This measure exhaust gas, freezer, and engine room. I need to track down all the sensors, but I could also replace them with the Victron temperature sensors (except maybe the exhaust gas)
  • FPM100 - fluid pressure monitor for fuel, water, and black water. No clue on this one.

Anyone have any advice?

Measure the cold resistance of the sensor, this could be similar to an existing Victron device. If it is ~100ohms or 1k ohms, then it may also be possible to connect this directly.
