12 panels, 2x115V/3kW each split phase 230V, EVSE NS and trying to be mostly independent, 3x5kWh 48V batteries.
Electricity bill currenty at 10% of what it used to be 
12 panels here in Quito produce about 1.3kWh a day on average over the first 4 months. No netmetering yet.
Great coverings (albeit lightly flammable) over the main busbars and batteries; main objective is to keep father in law from shorting them wielding the shovels.
Yes I will rethink enclosures once I find the “final” equipment setup. Getting pretty close to that but think I might need maybe 3 panels more for the darkest days.
