Quiecent wattage Phoenix inverter smart too high

Hi, today I measured the quiecent current of my Phoenix Inverter smart 24V 1600W. The specs say that the wattage should be 9W. I measure 0.87A at 26.9V, so 23W. I measured with AC load disconnected and placed a dmm in series with the battery cable. The battery BMS with bluetooth tells me the same thing. Is thisan issue? Or have rhe specs been changed? Anyone have an suggestion?

Pretty sure the standby figure is with all the power saving things enabled, foremost AES. But there might be other settings that save a few Watt.
