Hi guys, I’ve just installed the Victron 350 Bluetooth Smart Shunt to the battery for my kayak trolling motor. According to the motor specs it should draw up to 20 amps on full power. I just did my first test after installing the shunt and the app is only showing the motor drawing 1.8 amps on ‘full throttle’ (dropping down accordingly as I dial down the potentiometer on the PWM) 
I’m pretty confident it is all wired up correctly. Definitely only connection to the battery’s negative is the battery minus of the Shunt. All other negative connections (battery charging cable and the PWM) are on the ‘system’ side of the Shunt. Battery settings in the app are as recommended for the LifePo4 50ah battery I have. Battery was fully charged when the shunt was installed.
Motor working as it should.
