Pylontech Force L1 BMS lost and now wont start

Hello,

for more then 2 years my system (Victron Easysolar II GX and Pylontech Force L1 10 kWh) was working perfectly. This morning I had a VRM warning 67, BMS Lost.
I shut off the inverter and the battery, restarted everything but no change.
But the battery made very loud clicking noises for several seconds then stopped. The LEDs on the Pylontech showed no problem. Just low battery blinking.
Batterys are discharged to 15% during the night.
Now I dont know what to do. The pylontech battery does nothing anymore when turned on. No LEDs at all. Could it be that voltage is too low for the BMS to start?
What can I do? Is there any way to charge the pylontech without BMS?
Best regards
David

Additional information:
I just removed the BMS module and tried to measure the voltage of the upper of the 3 battery modules directly on the main contacts with a multimeter.
Is it normal that there’s only between 3 and 4 volts? Is thera maybe a relay inside of each module and voltage is turned off?
