It’s the holidays, and the system on the machine has stopped working. I suspect low temperature (minimum cell temp: 7°C, maximum cell temp: 12°C).
The NG 500 BMS is displaying an error unknown in the manual, W-B10, and low cell voltage.
Batteries: 2x BAT548110620
Inverters: 1x PMP482306000 + 2x PMP482305010, LYN034160310 (NG BMS)
- Initially, the BMS stopped showing a drop in SOC (constant value) and stopped charging the batteries, which then discharged. 2. Starting the charge ends with error W-B10.
- I connected the BMS without communicating with the batteries, and the BMS showed a BMS communication line error.(skipping both, making a loop)
- After skipping one battery, it charges normally for 5 seconds and then charges at 10A without error or alarm.
I want to drive tomorrow with new batteries, but I need some advice on what could have happened.
Thank you in advance for any help,
