What’s the intended use? e.g. What’s the water pressure sensor going to fit into - eg a tank, hose, pipe, fittings, fire supression system? How often does it need to update eg realtime?
It will be connected inline in a fresh water delivery system, likely at the wellhead and pressure tank.
Update frequency could be on change, or realtime, but likely satisfactory project results would require no less than 1 minute.

Here’s an idea - not sure if it will work for you - use a GX Tank 140 and a 4-20mA sensor like this Dataq:

Hi Kenny, please post more on this as it develops. This sounds interesting.
I tried the suggestion by @Buzzy above and it works for the purpose i require. I used the GX Tank 140 coupled with a 4-20mA sensor similar to the one he suggested.
My sensor was installed to the water line via a 1/4in NPT connection. Using tank #3 connection on the 140, which supplies internal 24v, the sensor was connected to the 24v and the In ports (2 wire).
In Settings..Devices the GX 140 ports are available. I disabled all exceptTank 3.
Configuration for the Tank 3 sesnor was straight forward. I changed the 'sensor type from Voltage to Current sensing, fluid type to Water and the capacity to 100 gallons. With the system in a depressurized state I used the displayed value to verify and adjust the value for Empty state.
I am using the Full Tank (100%) as reference for 100 psi. So,
The last step was pressurize the system to maximum (63psi static) and read the value of the sensor. This value would represent 63/100 of the Tank Full value. Using my maths, i entered 11.0mA and then tested the system at different psi readings using a known Analog gauge for reference.These mapped within 1 psi throughout the test.
Success!
Just understand that the reports will reference Gallons for the tank state, and the status screen/gauges will reference % instead of PSI. However, for my purpose it does not matter.
