Possible bug when using safety switch and stops DC for feeding or assisting

I have had this second time on a system, runs fine for a few days then refuses to feed in to the grid or assist AC loads, but if off grid it will assist. I roll back firmware to say 552 and it’s ok.

Tried replacing cerbo and was still the same.

No rush just letting you know it might be a glitch.

V556 and what GX fw combo?

1st system was 3.55
2nd system was 3.55 & 3.60

But I swopped out the cerbo on 1st system to rule that out. 1st system was 6 Qs 15k 3 phase and it happened within a few hours. But if you put any of the Qs back to a single unit 1 phase it works as it should on 556.

2nd system is 3 x MP 15k 3 phase, happed after 10 Days. This system is still online and has the fault but I need to roll back firmware tonight as customer is in trade mode.

Not noticed it on any single phase systems yet that have 556 installed.

I have safety switch assistant last in the list used on both these systems actually. I wonder if that’s the link….

Unless someone pressed the switch that activated it it doesn’t do anything. And it has nothing to do with ESS. It would be fairly obvious when activeated the lights on the inverters flash the code.

I was reading that the safety switch conflicts with other assistants, I have removed safety switch assistant.

Now L2 & L3 feed in as should but L1 refuses to, I’ve installer firmware 508. Also if I charge the batteries from grid L1 takes about 2 mins to start charging compared to L2 and L3 which start charging straight away.

I will keep playing,

I feel that the safety switch when pressed has flagged something todo with the DC but hasn’t unflagged it, changing firmware doesn’t un-flag it either.

Solved.
In Grid Code Settings, untick “Use Aux 1 to disable feed in”

I will always try and use Aux 2 now for Safety switch use.
