Pinned topics are not shown on the top. Is this wanted?

Somehow it works now, even if I tried with different browsers before.
The default behaviour is to auto unpin once read.
We changed this to not unpin but topics prior to the change remained unpinned.
You can change your own user experience by setting the behaviour on the topic itself, right at the bottom.
For sections with sub-categories, the topic will only be at the top in the sub-category, not the parent.
