I have a warranty replacement arriving tomorrow, and I want to ensure this issue has been resolved before installing it.
My returned unit was inspected by a Victron service center, and the warranty claim was initially rejected yesterday due to “evidence of arcing and reverse polarity.” I strongly challenged their assessment, as they were unaware of the known issues with the V1.70 firmware. Once this was brought to their attention and confirmed, they reversed their decision.
