Orion XS Charger shows Unknown Product on App

Installed the Orion XS as directed - the charger shows up on Victron Connect App however it shows " Unknown Product (A3FO).

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Your version of VictronConnect is probably outdated. What version of VictronConnect do you have? You can find this in the VictronConnect settings menu.
