Orion xs 12 12 50 charging Aferiy powerbank

Hi everyone, I have a 12 12 50 Orion xs , I am using it to charge my Aferiy portable power station, I’ve run the power bank down to 70% and then connected to my Orion but it’s only charging at 118w at 14.2 volts in absorption mode, is this correct I would have thought it should be in bulk charge mode, Thank you
