got a 3 phase system running with 6 units, 3 masters and 3 slaves.
The phase 1, contacter for the charge from generator was ‘stuttering’ this morning and wouldn’t click in fully, so was bouncing from bulk to invertor, i cut some AC out power down to 1kw and was ok, this has never happened before even when AC power out is at 12kw. Can anyone tell me if new invertor is required or contactor ?
Or you can check why there is a problem switching from inverter to grid like an earth to neutral voltage.
If the contactor is damaged then it will also be related to something in the wiring
Its been runnning for 2 years, the only thing i can think off we had issues with the earth line on the genrator when first installed, with tripping, as generator had the earth and neutral linked, and we have the Ground relay box not ticked.
Probably an RMA is required.
But before that you will need to test it as stand alone.
And test your install to see if it has developed a problem in the wiring or in inverter load balance.
In parallel set up this is likely the issue.
