I am using Multiplus with AGM battery for backup (UPS) function.
The SOC of the battery is decreasing when Storgae Mode is activated.
I found a similar discussion on the archives, which has not been completely solved :

As anyone experienced a similar issue ?
I had this same issue with a multiplus 12/1200. Rather than RMAing and waiting on replacement or voiding the warranty and doing the hotwire trick that’s at the bottom of the archive post. I simply added a smartshunt to the system. Sure the ACIN and ACOUT are still slightly different at times but the SOC never moves unless current is drawn from the battery.
