Multiplus shows wrong AC input Voltage

Hi There,

as the topic describes, when plugging into shore power, the Victron software shows AC inpput of 270+ Volts. Measurements on the connector in the victron with a fluke multimeter shows 219v (end of harbour).
I’ve seen this behaviour in multiple marina’s, except my home one (230V measured with fluke and reported by Victron)

If I take the shore power cable out, victron still reports 270+ as a voltage, input measures 0V

Due to this, there is no switchover to charging.

Any ideas what could be wrong? I can’t find a setting to configure the correct voltage (perhaps there is none)
I’m electrician and installation looks good. Ground is NOT connected

Firmware up to date? Yes I know, the recommendation is to not upgrade a working system unless there is a feature that you require. But in the case of system issues, it is recommended that you update the firmware first.

Yes, latest firmware and got a backup of the configuration and restored it after the upgrade.

I would download the configuration and verify all the settings are correct. I have had to reconfigure after an update, even after restoring the settings.

Problem was there before upgrade, have checked all settings manually on the interface, but will default next time i’m at the harbour. Since it’s only not working at other marina’s I’ll test later on.
If there are more suggestions I would love to hear them!
