Multiplus not switching on after moving location of Cebo without powering down system

Hi I think I may have damaged my Multiplus.

I am just doing a DIY install of my system, I decided to move my cebo as it was getting very congested in that location.

I did not turn any equipment off and the multiplus was charging the battery on Hook up.

I unplugged the power from the cebo, removed the data cables and started to move it.

I glanced up and saw that the multiplus was flashing multiple LED’s looking very unhappy so I immediately switched it off.

I relocated the cerbo and plugged in the power lead and the data cables and switched on the Multiplus and it does not power on.

Orion, Cerbo and Smartsolar are working OK.

Checked with the multimeter and there is DC power from the battery and AC power from the hook up to the multiplus.

Fingers crossed that you are going to tell we there are some internal fuse I can check and not that I am a total bozo for not powering everything off and need to raise a ticket with Victron.

Cheers.

Paul

If you unplug it from the cerbo again and try switch it on does it work (even with the weird lights?)

These are some basic tests you can do.

All sorted now, I put the Data cable in the wrong data port in the cerbo, thanks for your input I was imagining something expensive.
