Multiplus measures lower voltage than the rest of the system

Hello everyone,
I am operating a Multiplus compact 12/1600 in my caravan on a Cerbo GX, MPPT 100/30 with 400W solar and a Smart Shunt 500 at a 280Ah LiFePo4 battery.

My problem is that the Multiplus measures a voltage that is 0.45V lower than the shunt (= measured voltage). Accordingly, the charge termination voltage of the charger in the Multiplus shifts upwards.
You can see this in the attached screenshot: the 13.51V comes from the shunt and is correct (measured), while the MP reports 13.05V.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it? Is het possible to set a offset in the Multiplus compact?

Firmware is up to date, DVCC is not active.

If DVCC is enabled on the Cerbo with SVS (Shared Voltage Sense) and SCS (Shared Current Sense) selected, the SmartShunt voltage and current readings will be shared to all devices connected via VE.Direct, VE.Bus, and VE.CAN

THANK YOU! You made my day! I didn’t realize that I had to activate DVCC for this. I thought that the devices always exchanged this data. Learned something new again…

There is another network to throw into the soup. The “Smart” devices: BMV Smart, SmartShunt, SmartSolar, etc. can form a VE.Smart network via Bluetooth that can share limited data, in this case, voltage, current, and temperature as read by the SmartShunt.
With a Cerbo, and non “Smart” devices, the VE.Direct network is enabled, and VE.Smart networking should be disabled.
