Good morning, I am using a Multiplus2 with Cerbo GX in a simple way. Without AC IN, with the “Start Generator” function and relay 1 I switch to GRID ATS if the soc is less than 20% or the battery voltage is less than 50V and restore to INVERTER if SOC is greater than 25% and voltage is greater than 53V. The GRID switching occurs normally. The problem is that when I restore to INVERTER (reaching SOC>=25% and VBatt>=53V the inverter has periodic shutdowns (I think) that are manifested by interventions of the ATS (which obviously takes the voltage from the inverter). I do NOT have load problems (this also occurs with negligible loads). What other settings do I have to pay attention to (in addition to the generator stop/start conditions)? Thanks for your attention. Mario
Better to use the ignore ac in’ settings for the virtual switch than the ATS.
Thanks Mike, but I don’t want to use the grid connected to the inverter. This oscillation described also occurs with the “ignore grid” technique. This very short off occurs in any case and lasts for about 10 minutes with an off pulse on average every 30…60 seconds.
Have you tried this without the Cerbo? (Using the aux relay in the multi to control the ATS?
Thanks Mike, I hadn’t thought of that. I’ll try. But anyway it doesn’t seem like the relay is disconnecting but rather the AC out is interrupted for a fraction of a second.

Guys solved, the problem described was not at all due to the cerboGX (relay 1, generator start/stop) but simply to the ATS coil (Chinese) that as soon as powered, for some reason (ATS coil turn interrupted and expanded with false contacts ??). Luckily I already have in preparation a serious ATS with two contactors and mechanical-electrical interlock. Thanks anyway and “good sun” to everyone.
