So I found were my problem was.
The problem was at the grid code.
Apparently IEC61727 doesn’t allow frequency derating. I changed the grid code to one other European that meets the my grid characteristics and the frequency derating settings showed up.
Next step is to finish the installation of the victron system and see if it works optimally.
