MultiPlus II - AC Out Neutral Bus

I am wiring up a 3000W MP II in a 5th wheel camper.

For the AC out circuits, can I make a common Neutral bus (white wire), and tie that to my ground? Or should the neutral be isolated? Also, can I tie all AC Neutrals together AC out 1 and AC out 2 tied together with a common neutral bus?

Thanks

First question is dangerous! Dont do that

Second question, would not do that also, keep it separate, could also lead to faults with breakers

No and no. Your shore power connection will already have the N-G bond. Use the ground relay in the Multi to close the ground relay (N-G bond) when shore power isn’t connected. Inside the RV, leave all neutrals and grounds separate past the inverter. If you have a generator, make sure it has a N-G bond.

Do not tie the neutrals together on AC outputs.

Thank you Ed! Very helpful information. :slightly_smiling_face:
