Multiplus 2 no output ac2

I have just connected up my multiplus 2 5000w. It is outputting to 240v ac out 1, but failing to output ac 2 when switched to 2 ac outputs.

Please read the manual.
AC OUT 2 is only active if AC IN is connected (+ a 2min delay).
