Hello.
My setup is in France. I bought a battery storage kit from allo.solar 150Ah pylontech us2000c with the Multiplus II GX 5000va.
I have configured loads to the switchboard be AC OUTPUT 1
The AC source is AC INPUT 1
The firmware is up to date as of december 2025
The purpose of the setup is to charge on cheap electricity rates at night and discharge during the day.
The problem is that the batteries charge to full and ignore any settings in the ESS scheduling.
I have done prior research using Victrons own articles and through the forums but im unable to find a solution.
I observe that the screen on the multiplus II does show a scheduled charge interval but it does not initiate any click of a relay to begin or end the process.

For context: I can add an assistant with flag that enable or disable AC input below or above battery charge thresholds in the VE Configure software. This does work i can hear relays click and recharge the battery when it discharges to say 20% and disconnect at 90% so i don’t think there is anything defective with the actual multiplus II.
