Please, developers, could you clarify for the users some aspects regarding two entries in the change log in regard with the 1.17 firmware release?

  1. Fix drawing less power from the grid than needed in ‘keep batteries charged’ and ‘optimized recharge’ modes.
  2. Fix priority solar in the ESS mode ‘keep batteries charged’

When you had keep batteries charged the solar would throttle. No one wants that. A temp fix was to set 95% soc. That should not be needed now.
The other points are related to that same behaviour.

When does this behavior occur?
Because my system was never solar throttling when the batteries were full and you consume from AC-Out.
As much as was needed, the solar had supplied and in the same time no consumption from battery.
Also, if the batteries were less than 100%, the batteries were charging if more solar was available, loads taking precedence.

There were a couple mentions on the forums.
You also have other code running, so its mainly stock systems with no mods.
