MPPT Calculator Design Tool (Adding new features) Pitch of roof angle degrees & Compass degrees

I really like the functionality of the Victron MPPT calculator and use it for sizing MPPT controllers in my job role to ensure that high current & high voltage alarms are avoided.

A really useful function of this calculator is the expected yield for the geographical location of the system. I assume that this data is based on previous meteorological data for a perfect system installed South facing with a pitch of latitude plus 15 degrees to give optimum yield in winter.

In general it is not always possible to achieve the optimum pitch due to the roof the array is installed on. Many installations are on flat roofs with wedges. It is not always possible to install the array South facing either.

My question is can a pitch angle of the array please be added to the MPPT calculator to compensate and add a derating factor to the expected yield graph. This would be very beneficial to many users rather than a best case scenario it would be more real world expected yield.

Also rather than South facing adding the actual direction the array is facing, this would greatly improve the functionality of the MPPT calculator as a design tool.

Pretty sure the calculator works for every world location, so it’s latitude based, for me at the southern hemisphere it does not point the panels to south
