MPPT 250/100 Causes the battery to over-current and completely goes offline

At first, the MPPT caused the battery alarm: the current was too large. After removing the problematic mppt, the system was normal, but later when installing it, the positive pole of the battery end of the MPPT arced, and the mppt was completely offline, without response, and the battery did not alarm. The battery was normal, but after the mppt was connected, there was no response, and no indicator light was on.
