For a few days I am not able to charge my Pylons up to 100% They always stuck at 99% with a voltage of 53,2V. MP2 switches from bulk to absorb with 95% SOC as defined in the general tab of VEConfigure. Does the transitition to float state requires a 100% SOC as condition or anything else?
Assume the following:
- All setup of RS450 chargers in system are dont care as they are under external control
- All setup of the VEConfigure charger tab are dont care as I do not charge from grid
Pls. correct, if my assumption is false.
I can see a single cell 160mV below average voltages. Obviosly balancer cannot solve this. To give a little push, I plan to increase the voltage carefully to see what happens. CVL is reported with 53,2V (from Pylon CAN?) I already increased the (forced on) DVCC to 53,8V without success.
Where can I setup the maximum charge voltage for 15/16s valid for the MPPTs? Although the charge current is almost zero, I like to exceed the 52,3V threshhold for test of the balancer.
