Hello community,
Thinking about what - do I really need main battery switch and main fuse? I have 2 batteries in parallel, each one with it’s own internal breaker. OK, maybe main fuse is useful as an extra safety feature, but main switch?

Unless regulations require it, the swirches on the batteries should be sufficient if they disconnect power to the terminals.
Definitely use fuses, those breakers are not usually intended for short circuit (or other) events.
