I want to put a master on/off switch for the battery bank, but I am not sure where to put it. I am installing a Victron system in my van with three 330ah lithium batteries. I have 2 lynx distributors and planned on wiring each battery into one of the lynx distributors for a parallel set up using the distributor as a bus bar (similar to the diagram 5.5.1 on page 13 of the Lynx Smart BMS manual). Could I set my system up using just one distributor similar to the diagram in 5.5.2 on page 14 of the Smart BMS Manual? It looks like I could diagonally wire my three batteries in parallel and put a master on/off switch between the bank and Smart BMS and not have to use a second distributor at all? If I do use two distributors would the master switch go between the second distributor and the battery protect?
Just use the remote on/off of the BMS to switch the big contactor inside of the BMS:

So adding a master on/off would just be overkill? I guess in my mind I thought it would be nice to have a manual switch I could just turn, but I suppose there isn’t really a need for it.
