Low voltage- power issues!

Hey y’all
Hoping for some help!

I have a full victron set up -
100/20 mppt solar charger
2000w Multiplus
50a Orion smart charger
Smart shunt
Lynx distributor

Sok battery 280ah

I recently received a battery from Sok battery.
I was able to jump start the battery to wake up and get into the Bluetooth app/ BMS
Battery is at 100% 13.5-14.4 v

My issue seems to a short circuit somewhere or a larger issue…
I have a Webasto air top heater wired to the Lynx distributor- on the same terminal as the Multiplus inverter.
When I turn on the heater, the light stays on from heater and all other power in the system turns off. I turn off heater, all power returns.
The Multiplus on that same terminal works fine with no issue… no power cut outs. (1 AWG)
I obsoleted the Lynx distributor and put the heater wires directly to the battery- works no issue.
The heater wires are factory crimped and fused by the company. I did not alter.

The same issue occurs with my water pump which is wired to the DC bus bar- powered by the Lynx distributor.
The water pump turns on briefly 1 second and then cuts out all power in the system. I turn off pump all power returns.
Again, I obsoleted the Lynx distributor and connected the dc bus bar wires directly to the battery. Works fine- no issues.
That shows no wiring issues from the main wires from bus bars to Lynx distributor (10 AWG) and further leading to the pump (14 AWG)…

Now, I have the solar charger connected to the Lynx distributor.
The solar charger turns off when the sun goes down and entire system is off- which means no power from battery?

I have amplifiers also powered by the Lynx distributor which work fine no issues no cut outs.
Only the heater.

On the DC bus bars I have other lights/ fans/ outlets that all work fine no issues no cut outs.
Only the water pump.

I’m wondering if the Lynx disyuntor is bad?
I have spent hours trouble shooting and moving wires around.
Truly at a loss.
Hoping someone out there has some answers for me!

Both the Webasto and water pump have high start up current. I had something odd a few years ago, not exactly the same symptoms. I found the isolator switch was not making very good contact or the contacts had oxidised. When I turned the isolator on and off a few times it cleaned the contact surfaces and worked again. I now turn my isolators on and off twice a year. Your isolator, is it rated for the full current, it looks a bit small. Think about the Blue Sea e series isolators.
