Get yourself a Victron Multiplus 12V 3000VA. Either the Multiplus, Multiplus II if you have 30 amp service or the Multiplus 2X120 if you have 50 amp service. All three come in a 12V 3000VA model. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the Renogy.
As far as the question about the solar panels, I don’t understand what you mean. The solar panels will connect to the PV input side of the MPPT and the batteries will connect to the battery side. Is that what you are asking?
You diagram is pretty far off from correct. The Multiplus will be your inverter, charger and transfer switch. Its AC side will wire directly into your house service. This will eliminate the need for your converter and you wont need the Victron BlueSmart IP22.
Also, PLEASE don’t buy cheap Amazon batteries. I know its tempting, many people do it with seemingly good results but its unpredictable.

At 3000W for the inverter power, I would also look at a 24V installation rather than 12.
The inverter and wiring will be cheaper and more efficient. A 12/24V dc/dc converter will happily look after charging from a 12V source.
