Have the Load Output contacts connected to an optoisoated relay controlling an 24V inverter.
It turns on when the battery is about 50% charged and SHOULD tun off as it nears empty.
It does reliably turn on the Output but it does not turn it off at the 21.10V setpoint. Thus the inverter keeps “inverting” until the BMS errors out.
Jumpers are removed, street light is off, using “User def. algorithm 1” (31.20V high, 22.10V low)
App shows it is still on when the voltage is below the setpoint. Manually changing the setpoint higher will trigger it after the delay , but it will fail again after few days.
This should be a daily cycle and it works 80% of the time.
Do I have a warantee issue?
