Hi everyone,

I’m still relatively new to the energy storage industry, and our current solutions are mainly built around Victron inverters.

I’m now trying to learn more about the Victron ecosystem — not only the technology itself, but also the installers, distributors, integrators, and the community behind it.

For those who have been working with Victron for some time, where do you think is the best place to start

Any recommendations for useful resources, communities, events, or ways to connect with experienced Victron professionals would be greatly appreciated.

I also wanted to ask — would you be open to the possibility of working with us or providing regular online training sessions for our team on Victron inverter systems?

We are a growing team working on energy storage solutions around Victron, and we would really value learning from someone with practical experience. Even a weekly online session for the team would be very helpful. The most important is English tech lessons.

As already mentioned there are a few training videos and webinars available online at Victron Professional.
There are also Hands-on trainings available, depending on where you are.

You could also ask a local professional installer or the regional sales manager for help to organize a personal training.

Training in Germany probably isn’t much use to many people if they aren’t from Germany and don’t speak German either.

It depends on where you operate. But it’s important to know your way around the systems. Many electricians and other professionals from related trades have tried to set up systems, gone into the settings and been completely taken aback. One electrician even called it a “makeshift solution”. I replied that he should get some training, because where else can you still expand a system while it’s running or reconfigure it just like that!
