Lead Carbon (AGM) batteries cooked?

Hi,

I bought Victron Lead carbon batteries 12V 160Ah fall of 2022.

They usually sit at 25,6V after a full charge.

Now, they currently sit at 25,2V.

All the batteries are well balanced in different steps. Maximum gap : 0,05V.

I have to say I made a mistake in 2024. They were not charged during 11 month because I moved (but in good storage condition and disconnected).

In 2023 and 2025, they worked well.

They are installed in 2S2P configuration with battery balancer for ESS.

I did not used (cycled) them a lot because the solar part is not installed yet.

They are not permanently charged but I charged them regularly except in 2024 (24,5V was the minimum voltage and maximum 10 days without any device switched on, only the BMV).

I do not understand how can they be already “cooked” at this point.

2026 cycles

Any feedbacks on these batteries are welcomed and also advices ?

Should I consider replacing them ? No way to save them ?

Thank you !
