Hello All - I am trying to put together packages for our vehicles which will have:
- Shore power - 100VAC
- Vehicle Generator - Honda JP version (100VAC)
- 48V LiFe Battery pack
As for Victron Inverter/Chargers I am trying to source:
Many Japanese shore power outlets do NOT provide a bonded neutral
→ Victron switches the bond OFF
→ Now you have no bond at all
→ RCD/GFCI may fail to trip
→ Equipment leakage protection becomes unreliable
→ Generator detection can become unstable
→ Some appliances see “floating” neutral → odd behavior
Any ideas on which unit would be configurable for this situation? It seems that Victron did make a JP version - but I cannot source or find any PN reference for it. With the latest Multiplus will I even need it??
