Hello,
First of all, I would like to inform you that I have left these voltages at their default settings in the configuration. However, from what I understand, the cutoff voltage is related to the discharge current. For example, for a current of 0.005C (i.e., 0.55 A for a 110 Ah battery), the cutoff voltage is 24 V, while for 0.7C, it is 22.8 V, and so on.
However, in my case, the battery shows a voltage of 24.54 V, as indicated in the image I have already shared. Yet, the error still appears, which doesn’t seem logical, as the battery pack voltage is higher than all these values.
On your GX go to
Device list - inverter - alarm set up - see how the low battery alarm is set up there.
The only other way is to slightly lower the values in the assistant. And yes i did see you had left them as default.
Hello, I hope you’re doing well. Sorry for my late reply. I have resolved the issue by setting all voltages for each discharge current to 21.8 V, in accordance with the converter section configuration in the VE.Configure 3 or VictronConnect software (as shown in the attached figure). In summary, I have adopted a flat curve at 21.8 V for the cut-off voltage based on the discharge ratio I/C in the ESS.
