Intergrating 2 solar controllers attached to seperate battery banks into a GX Cerbo system

I have just finished upgrading my RV DC electrical system to all Victron Equipment other than the batteries, the DC system consists of 2 solar banks of 1000w 48v & 2 battery banks consisting of 2 x 300ah 12v Lipofe4 batteries in each bank wired in parallel, each solar PV & battery bank is stand alone through a battery selector switch. each system is using a Blue solar smart shunt 500ma & SmartSolar MPPT 150/85 -Tr VE-Can charge controller, these 2 controllers are connected to the GX Cerbo via the VE-Can connections. the total system supplies a Victron MultiPlus 12/230/3000/120 inverter through the Battery selector switch as I only run 1 system supply bank at a time.
The problem i am having is the SmartSolar MPPT 150/85 s are running as master & Slave not stand alone, this is a problem as 1 battery bank is most always in 100% SOC whilst the other is in use. the batteries i am using are not Victron & do not have an external BMS , it is built into the Batteries.
Question ? is there a way to monitor the Solar controllers through the GX Cerbo but have them operate interdependently.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi
why want to keep 2 independent battery banks, wouldn’t it be technically simpler to put everything in parallel to give a single 12V 1200AH battery?

The GX is not designed to control two different battery bank systems. So the mppts will be treated as if they are charging one bank since you can only set one shunt as the main bank monitor.

Are the mppts connected via can?
Are you using DVCC

I have 2 banks of 300ah 12v Lipofe4 batteries with internal BMS & the manufacturer recommends no more than 2 batteries connected in parallel

Yes the the 2 separate banks each have a smart shunt connected to the MPPT controllers which are connected to the Cerbo by VE-Can cable

You should be able to bus bar two pairs to one bus bar, surely?
The more in parrallel will be likely because of current stacking, which a bus bar will solve.

The can is the reason for the master slave. Maybe switch one to a ve direct.

I have now gone to running both banks totally separate, each with its own Cerbo GX unit & Screen.
when changing the bank i am running off I disconnect the Multiplus from 1 Cerbo & connect it to the other !
